Well, to tell you all the truth (zanes father) came up with the

idea of message and exercise for zane before we even came accross it

anywhere else... is very imaginitive and he invents crazy

things all of the time.. but when it came to his son having scoliosis

he was on the ball.. I am sure most of you know what a " jhonny jump

up " is.. you hang them in the doorway. .he made a contraption using

the jhonny jump-up to stretch and pull zanes back while he played in

the jhonny jump up... and it seems to have worked.. he also took baby

blankets and proped him up everytime he was in the car seat and we

did the messages after bath time every night.. and .. I am not sure

if anyone ever notices this, but when you hold a baby on the side of

your hip you hold them down by the butt and if the baby has scoliosis

it does nothing to help that so if you hold them in the middle of

there back instead it stretches the muscles.. i am pretty sure that

these ideas would only work on idiopathic scoliosis... and that is

because with conginital some other obsticle is in the way most of the

time (not always).. and also i've noticed with zane everytime we

stretched his back out it would pop.. eventually with 4 months of

rapid growth (1st year they grow the most)he grew out of it.. I used

to just sit there and stare at his back saying oh my god it's so

bad.. well then i decided the dr's aren't helping i have to do it

myself and i started off with small things like they way i held him

and not letting him sit in one place for too long thigns like that...

and it's helped.. thank god! -Amber- if you want to know more in

detail about that i've done e mail me at AmberNay917 .. i

appologize but i have to go to work so i wrote this pretty quickly.
