Foxx Chicago TP Foxx The city of Chicago just enacted a new law and $$ fine for those using a cell phone while driving. If they have a hands free phone it is ok. Do you think it would be good idea to notify those driving into Chicago of that new law just enacted. It has been on our local TV news several days. It appears to be a stiff fine.
