I'm keen on a system that helps standardize the field. I am fairly new at this. Learned about TOVA from Sue Othmer in a workshop, but these programs are hard to come by in Germany. I sort of figured that out after taking a more careful look at the licensing restrictions etc. There is a possibility that the TOVA people will allow a transfer of ownership to a third party, since they will be to get some money that would be denied them if I just threw it away.
