Greetings!

Well, my 1st batch is interesting.. This is my 1st time with

Kombucha and it kinda tastes like apple cider with a kick. Is this

how it is to be?

Maybe I let it go too long, being I am here in Texas :D

Please let me know. Also, when I started my 2nd batch, (now with 2

scoby's) they are still floating on the top, they have been in now

for 3 days.

Thanx for all the help.

Just me,

Dorin :D

Hi Dorin,

Try adding some fresh, sliced ginger to the batch after it's done brewing.

We love it that way, and I even chew on the ginger from time to time. Gives

the tea some extra flavor and health benefit.
