The best recipe I've used, I got I think from the lean and strong

board.

1 portion sweet potato, microwaved until done; let coo.

1 portion Cottage cheese

Blend together with sweetener and pumpkin pie spice.

YUMMY!

Cool! Sounds great! But do you have to use a blender to puree

everything together?

I always wrap mine in foil, stab the fork through it a few times, and

bake for one hour at 350 degrees. When it comes out, it is SO soft

and moist-doesn't need butter or anything. We eat them 3-4 times per

week.

Or you can cut them up put Smart Balance over them and bake them in a

casserole dish for one hour at 350-then eat the cubes or mash em all

up
