Hi,

I've been looking for a PCA for about 4 months. I have one good one and then

my boyfriend and parents have been helping me out. I had to find someone

because my boyfriend was getting trouble from his job. I had to hire back a

PCA that I fired about 5 months ago. It sucks to eat shit. I don't know

anyone who has it easy with PCA's.

I haven't qualified for attendants for SO long so this may be hopelessly

out-of-date. Have you placed an online or newspaper ad? Or do you have

to go through that agency?

Although a sixth meal would be really helpful in terms of increasing

your metabolism, if you're having a really tough time getting in 5,

and you think 6 might not happen right now, you could at least

increase the calories in each of your 5 meals in the meantime. At

least that way you'd be able to get into the right calorie range.---

My caloric intake is generally pretty low even with all 6 of my

meals. Other than increasing portions, I don't really know what

to " safely " do. When you decide what you are going to do, please

share!
