Guest guest
Hi, I've been looking for a PCA for about 4 months. I have one good one and then my boyfriend and parents have been helping me out. I had to find someone because my boyfriend was getting trouble from his job. I had to hire back a PCA that I fired about 5 months ago. It sucks to eat shit. I don't know anyone who has it easy with PCA's. _________________________________________________________________ Scope out the new MSN Plus Internet Software — optimizes dial-up to the max! http://join.msn.com/?pgmarket=en-us & page=byoa/plus & ST=
Guest guest
Kendra - I haven't qualified for attendants for SO long so this may be hopelessly out-of-date. Have you placed an online or newspaper ad? Or do you have to go through that agency? Kendra wrote: > I fired my home health aide last Thursday. I just couldn't take it > anymore. It was ridiculous. Guest guest
Although a sixth meal would be really helpful in terms of increasing your metabolism, if you're having a really tough time getting in 5, and you think 6 might not happen right now, you could at least increase the calories in each of your 5 meals in the meantime. At least that way you'd be able to get into the right calorie range.--- In , " " <house_whine@a...> wrote: > I just went to fitday and tracked the calories for what I ate yesterday. The total came to 988. I'm starving myself and didn't even know it. I only get 5 meals in, but they are obviously not high enough in cals. because that 988 is 5 meals and a small hot fudge sundae (my first cheat). Husman's site says 1200-1650 a day is what I need. I've got to figure how to get that last meal in, it is probably what i need to bump my calories up to the right amount... > and 5 seems so hard. > > monica > >
Guest guest
My caloric intake is generally pretty low even with all 6 of my meals. Other than increasing portions, I don't really know what to " safely " do. When you decide what you are going to do, please share! gina > In , " " > <house_whine@a...> wrote: > > I just went to fitday and tracked the calories for what I ate > yesterday.
