(1)How soon should meals be eaten before or after weight training and

cardio days?

(2)If I work out at 6am can I eat my oatmeal and egg whites

immediately afterwards? Is it ok to workout on an empty stomach?

(3)Is it ok to eat every three hours instead of every two?

(4)If I go to bed at 9pm when should I eat my last meal that consists

of cottage cheese and fruit?

Thanks

for HIIT, 1 hour after your HIIT is done

for weights, you can eat immediately after. You body and muscles are

essentially screaming out for nutrients after a good session. Drinking

or eating a high glycemic carb with protein will get sucked right into

your muscles.

For BFL, it is recommended you wait 1 hour after doing your HIIT.

Yep as long as you can get them in :) My meals in the morning are

every 2- 2.5 hrs and in the afternoon 2.5 to 3.5 hrs.

I've wondered about this last meal as well. I usually gulp down my

last meal and jump in the bed. Does anyone have more ideas on this?

It's the last thing I do before going to bed besides brushing my teeth. Eating

so close to bedtime also helps me fall asleep and since it is usually something

dairy-cottage cheese and yogurt or sometimes CC and a glass of milk. As long as

you don't eat something very high on the glycemic index don't worry about eating

just before bed. All those warnings people give about doing that are because

most folks down a pint of ice cream or a large bowl of sweet cereal before

hitting the sack.
