I just think you need to get more veggies( I only saw them in one meal) and

avoid the honey graham cracker ( too much sugar). also, I am not real sure

about the first meal, it appears you have two protein sources. I guess your

stats come out ok though.

Good luck!

Looks pretty good :-) Glad to see some fiber in there - thats one

thing thats good to aim for up to like 25grams a day. Alot of people

dont count their calories for dietary oils - reasoning being that

your body kind of uses them immediately like a dried out sponge. So

if you take away that I would add in more vegetables ..some carrots,

peppers, cucumbers etc, ya know fibrous crunchy stuff and the

spinach is a good green choice too you had in there but you could

easily add in more vegetables at very little calorie impact.

Other than that it looks like you've been planning alot, which is

always a good thing! :-)

Thanks for the help!! When I eat a real dinner I always have a big

serving of vegetables but today is weird because I'm out during

dinner hours. I'll add them elsewhere next time this happens. The

graham cracker has 3g of sugar and is made out of whole wheat, plus I

really like them. Is it still really bad?

I don't know. It is something I avoid. It is a processed food. I thought

graham crackers had 11 grams of sugar per serving. I am sure you will still

lose weight if you use them. I think there are things that may not be great,

but by using them it helps to stay on the diet. If you are still losing weight

and gaining muscle then I would not worry about having the graham crackers in

my diet.
