Interval training would help you increase your speed. I just ran a 5K for

the first time in under 28 minutes. My training consisted of doing BFL method

of hit and then moderate cardio for 10 minutes once I got done. I also was

able to increase my fastest mile from 8 minutes to 7 min 45 sec in three months.

Interval training is great for increasing speed and indurance, well, and fat

loss of course.

Great job! Very inspirational too! My goals aside from weight loss

are now to ride my bike 20 miles and be able to jog, just 3 miles for

now, without panting-I need to work on my breathing technique, then

I'll work on mileage. I'm doing great on the treadmill! I've

reached that goal, now I need to bring it outside!
