Cramps Question

For those of you who get bad PMS like me, what do you do on the days

you have a headache and/or cramps so bad you can barely get out of

bed? On Thursay, I had a debilitating migraine and there was no way

I was even walking outside to get the paper, let alone try to do a

cardio workout. And today, the headache was gone, but I had cramps

so bad I could barely sit up. I'm a bit better now, but they are

still pretty painful. I've kept up with the food part, but I missed

2 days of exercise, and if I'm still cramping like this tomorrow, I

will be missing a 3rd.

Does anyone else have this problem once a month? Should I just keep

up with the food and then just jump back in on Monday? Cause I just

HAVE to have my free day on Sunday...if I try to skip it, I'll go

nuts all next week....

Liz

I don't have a big problem with this (I just turn into a water

balloon), but my step-sisters do, and they've always had the same

experience -- working out actually helps. Also, you might (if you

haven't already) take a look at your eating/supplement patterns. When

I've been drinking a lot of coffee, I tend to get cramps and I wonder

if other thermogenics might do this?

For the migraines. STAY IN BED DO NOT WORK OUT WITH THEM!!!!! You will

deeply regert that. I have done that when I have felt my migraine coming on and

then instead of heading it off with my migraine meds I ended up in bed for a

longer peroid of time. As for cramps I have a hard time getting moving when my

are real bad. But, usually if you can at least walk maybe not HIT but some

streching or an UB workout but I couldn't do a LB workout with mine. Just my

humble opinion.

I really appreciate everyone's advice. I like the stretching or

UBWO idea for crampy days. I think I'll try that next time.

Thanks. :)
