If you still crave something go to the bathroom and spend just enough time in there so they don't come looking for you. No one wants to eat in the bathroom. Is there a coffee pot brewing all day? Have a hot cup or some tea. No coffee? Wait another five minutes. Is it time for a BFL meal yet? It's ok to have a chocolate protein bar. Have a Zone double chocolate. It isn't the best you can do but won't kill your progress either. If it's just sweet you're after have a mostly protein bar and a fruit. There are so many ways to circumvent this without eating something bad. Raiding the chocolate box is going to have longer unpleasant effects for a rather short term problem. Wait another five minutes. Go ask one of those guys you work with if there is something you can do for them. If your hands are busy you can't eat. If not, wait five more minutes. Get one of those squishy heads that you squeeze. You can't eat if you're squeezing one of those stress thingies. I know all this sounds sort of silly but you're better off doing something silly than eating something you aren't supposed to because of cramps. Just wait another five minutes before you grab something and ask yourself it it is really worth it. Stasia > Okay...in need of willpower, and someone to whimper at. It might not help at this moment but for future use, I LOVE Mrs. Bishwit's Peanut Butter Protein Cup (I think that is the name). www.mrsbishwits.com She gets me through TOM every month In a bind, I will cut up Balance Bar Carmel bars and eat them, but they aren't the best for BLF as they are a bit high in sugar. Tiny little tootsie rolls proved to be my salvation, and having eaten only about three of them with my turkey sandwich I think I'm pretty safe. I may even survive the whole week. Heh.
