Guest guest
I read Tom's " Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle " and enjoyed it. It's based on many of the same principles as BFL. If you've done a lot of reading on bodybuilding and nutrition, it's all going to sound mighty familiar. Although, sometimes I'll have a real light bulb moment when I hear familiar information presented in a new way. Like it will finally actually penetrate my thick skull and I'll be able to do something useful with it. I can tell you that the recommendations are based on your body type and goals rather than everybody getting exactly the same program. It's sound bodybuilding nutrition and workouts, nothing gimmicky, and it's very compatible with BFL. I'd check it out if you're a veteran BFLer looking for some new ideas or custom tweaks. Beginners would enjoy it too. Just be careful if you're one of those people who's easily paralyzed by too much information or too many options. When you're just getting started, it's usually best to keep it simple and do BFL by the book. Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle E-Book Hi all, I noticed on the links somone recommended the e-book Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Ventura. Has anyone ever purchased this and if so was it worth it? I am always ready to learn somthing new but did not want to spend the money if it is pretty much the same info as BFL (which I love). Please let me know if anyone has any reccomendation one way or the other on this. Thanks, Sheila
