I know it will be hard and tempting, but from what I've read

(skwigg's blog) she says to keep going and not to keep starting

over. If you have to start over every time something comes up,

you'll never finish ONE challenge. You won't be with your friends

and eating out every second of every day, right? So, eat as many BFL

meals as you can and exercise every chance you get. When you are

eating great food, maybe you can just leave off the sour cream or go

light on the cheese, etc. Small changes-this is for LIFE.

It is your choice to start over but I agree with /. It took

me starting over 5 times before I completed one 12 week challenge.

However if you believe you would be better off taking the week to

read the book and map out your plan of action I think that is OK too.

This program takes planning you can't just decide one day to do BFL

and then strat the next, or at least that has been my experience. I

took 3 weeks of reading the book, making out my goals, choosing a

gym, fiddling around with exercises and weights to find my intensity

levels etc.

I think the most important thing for you to do is read the book, set

your goals, download daily progress reports and use them, plan plan

plan!

I agree with this. Life is full of challenges. Do the best you can.

Set some goals you can stick to and live with, but don't throw it all

out the window. Can you eat 5 healthy meals a day and then go out to

dinner with friends? 4 meals? 3 meals? Plan to start every morning

with a good meal?

It seems like starting over, might not be such a bad thing. You can relax next

week,

get your self psyched up, plan your meals and your workouts-read the book.

Just make sure you set a date to start and stick to it. You don't want to give

yourself a

month off, it will just leave you feeling horrible!
