Thanks Seattle Lady,

I can cut out the bread to one slice No problem.

There was a 1/2 a pita bread with the salad. Oops forgot.

I will do the apple and cottage cheese. I don't have any FF at the

moment I will do 1/2 of pineapple and 1% fat though.

How do I add up on calories roughly?

I figured under 1200.

Just remember you do not " have to " count calories with BFL. That's

not to say you can't, but if you do palm/fist, you should be fine. I

know for me it was the hardest thing to let go of, but once I did it

was so much easier!
