Guest guest
Goals?? Well I need to be from size 14-16 to size 9-10 Im not going by weight just at the beginning. I will be going by my pantometer. Im an avid frisbee golfer and I hike around when I can, but I am a Admin. executive that has me sitting plenty. Luckily there are no elevators and only stairs so Im up and running around on those. I just want that feeling of being able to fit into my clothes again and feeling more energetic. Im thrilled. I was thinking of body rx but body for life is easier to me. Thanks. > > Just wanted to say hello. Im starting this week. I tried on some > > clothes Friday and joined the gym Sat. > > The gym is 30 yards from my front door so I have no excuses.
