Guest guest
I'll let someone else answer about the supplements but you don't " need " the cookbook, just use the authorized foods list in your BFL book and go from there. I have the Eating for Life book and I love it. My fiancee loves it too-the meals are delicious, and EASY. Someone made a good post about working out in the morning the other day, I'll see if I can find it-if not, I " m sure someone will be in to explain it! Cardio in the morning will boost your metabolism for the whole day (did you check out the Hussman site?) good luck! gina > Hi. I am 30 yrs old and not overweight. Guest guest
I've read many things that just say to work out when it is best for you. Mainly so it becomes part of your lifestyle and you're not forcing anything. Personally....there is NO WAY I could work out in the morning. I do good just to wake up at 5:45 to get to work by 7:00. If I worked out in the morning I'd definitely have to get up about 4:15-4:30. That's just ridiculous. If you follow the program and workout at some point during your day, you will still have the same effect. The best way to keep your metabolism regulated is with food. Eating the 6 times/day is more important than when you actually fit your workout in. Good luck! > Hi. I am 30 yrs old and not overweight. But I am not at all tone or > have any muscle. Guest guest
Thank you. There is just no way I could get up earlier than I have to! I have a hard time getting up at 6:15 to leave for work at 7:20am! And I'm normally in bed by 9:00-9:30pm! I am really hoping a new eating habit will help me from being anemic and the exercise will give me more energy. > > Hi. I am 30 yrs old and not overweight.
