Guest guest
OK, I lost it. I was someplace and there was a calculator, I think in an excel sheet that when you put in your numbers it calulated how much fat you have lost and how much muscle you have gained. Does anyone have this one? If not, what is the calculation for the mathmatically challenged...

Guest guest
Thanks Joni that was just what I needed. Now that I did it I think something may have happened last time I weighed and I am scared to death to weigh again. LOL In one week I lost 12.24 pounds of fat and gained that in muscle. I didnt drop an ounce on the scale but my body fat went down 6%. Somehow that does not seem possible!! > Here's the math example in easy format ;-) > http://www.geocities.com/jgrrl2/math.html > > > <<joni>> > *who also is math challenged*
