I don't know why I never saw this before but I need clarification for something

on the approved food list

I see cold water fish listed under fats

I also see salmon, trout, and tuna listed as a protein. What cold water fish

falls under fats? Are these supposed to be considered a fat and a protein?

What's the story?

Cold water fish is a protein source that happens to have some healthy fat in it.

Using it as a protein source can help you get enough fat in your daily diet.

Salmon is especially good for that purpose. Some people take fish oil liquid or

capsules, which would be strictly a fat; otherwise fish is protein.

I found some places that list cold water fish. But, that includes salmon, trout

and tuna. He puts those as proteins. I guess the remaining fish would be fats.

I've never eaten or seen the other fish on the lists. I'm just going to keep

either those three and considering them proteins. At least whatever fats there

are in them are good fats.
