Guest guest
Here's the nutrtional stats on the KashiGoLean Crunch cereal: http://www.kashi.com/prodandnutcr.html Altho one cup has 38grams of carbs, there is 8 grams of fiber in it also which is really good! (30-35 grams of fiber is recommended for people looking for fatloss) 190 calories, with only 3 grams of fat is pretty good too as they dont use hydrogenated oils in their products either and 9 grams of protein from the soy in it - so totally not bad at all. I like to mix some in some cottage cheese or sprinkle it on yogurt instead of having a whole cup at a time. <<joni>> *who also likes their other products as well*
