Here's the nutrtional stats on the KashiGoLean Crunch cereal:

Altho one cup has 38grams of carbs, there is 8 grams of fiber in it

also which is really good! (30-35 grams of fiber is recommended for

people looking for fatloss) 190 calories, with only 3 grams of fat

is pretty good too as they dont use hydrogenated oils in their

products either and 9 grams of protein from the soy in it - so

totally not bad at all. I like to mix some in some cottage cheese

or sprinkle it on yogurt instead of having a whole cup at a time.

thanks, i think i'll try it on some plain yogurt or with just a

little milk.

Total has a decent (though chewy) protein cereal out now!
