Aren't we to be at a 10 for only one minute out of > the 25 minutes?? That is correct. I know myself when I have asked, " Are you hitting your 10s " I mean overall. Not just at one workout. Throughout the week, or challenge, have you hit your 10s. Colleen
Guest guest
Hi Jill - I'm no seasoned BFLer, I'm still on my 1st challenge - week 11. But my treadmill intervalls go - 5.0, 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 then 7.5 on level 10. It may not look impressive, but looking back at week 1 - 6.0 was my 19th minute (my 10). So, i'm pretty happy with my progress! Hope this helps! > When you all talk about hitting your 10's I get confused because I > thought that you are only supposed to hit level ten one time during > the HIIT session. Guest guest
Hey Jill - I run on a treadmill most of the time for my cardio, and my routine has looked like this for the past week or two: Level 5 - 5.5 mph X 2 Level 6 - 6.0 mph Level 7 - 6.5 mph Level 8 - 7.0 mph Level 9 - 7.0 mph at 3% incline 6,7,8,9 like above 2 more times, then.. Level 6 - 6.0 mph Level 7 - 6.5 mph Level 8 - 7.0 mph Level 9 - 7.5 mph Level 10-8.0 mph I had to stop a few times this morning, but I only stop for 5-10 seconds if I do, and I always make sure I push through Level 10 without stopping. Hope that give you something to go by! Oh - I also walk at 3.5 mph for 5 minutes before and after all of this, so my workout ends up at 30 minutes. I just feel better when I have the warmup and cooldown period. in WI What do you mean? > When you all talk about hitting your 10's I get confused because I > thought that you are only supposed to hit level ten one time during > the HIIT session.
