Guest guest
I've heard of some folks using a program that loads onto a palm pilot. I workout at home so it's very easy for me to log my workouts on a sheet as I'm doing it. in WI Workout record > > > Has anyone figured out a way to record your weights and not have to lug > > around the journal to the gym ? Guest guest
I downloaded the BFL sheets in Excel off of the BFL website, then I can copy and paste my workouts in that. I print off a few days in advance the ones I'll need that week then when I get time, update my spreadsheets Not too bad taking just one sheet of paper with a pen in at a time. Guest guest
If you have a PDA, you can download this program called BFLadvance. It's only $10 and it's great. It's tailor made to BFL and downloads onto your Palm/PocketPC. There are places to enter your food for the day as well as your exercises, intensity levels, etc. It's extremely thorough and much easier to carry around the gym. I can just click off when I've done the exercise and choose an intensity level. There's also a part for your goals, bodyfat, measurements, etc. I found it at www.palmgear.com. C. " Cheryl. Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, I print out my workouts on one sheet of 3 hole punched paper, log my weights, etc and then just clip it into a binder tha I keep in my Jeep. Once per week, I bring it in the house and update my spreadsheet to see how I've improved. gina > > > Has anyone figured out a way to record your weights and not have to lug > > around the journal to the gym ?
