Does that eBook have enough different information to justify the price? I've

looked at it but not bought it because I've been worried that I'd be paying for

the same information, just presented in a different way.

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle... It is a great site. I downloaded and

e-book. It has a wealth of information in it. I also signed up for

the newsletter which is how i found out about Skwiggs site. Sheila
