I use pilates on Saturday. I do 20 minutes of cardio and then got to

pilates! I love it so much :-)

Hi,

I love pilates also, and I do it 2 to 3 times a week along with BFL.

I do mine on Monday, Wednesday and sometimes on Saturday.

Tiffiny - I do pilates and yoga 2-3 times per week. It's over and

above my the regular BFL plan. I have sciatica and ITB syndrome and

it really relieves the pain.

YOu should just do it in addition to your 3 days of HIIT and 3 days of weight

training. I am starting to do pilates at night in addition to my regular

routine.
