Guest guest
It is amazing, I tried the BFL program without doing the nutrition too. What was I thinking. i have started now, planning and writing down everything and using fitwatch.com after doing it for a week I can see why I was not losing the weight I wanted too. Now I am eating about half as many calories, I have only finished a week of this eating right and it seems to be working!!!! Weeeeeee. i am glad to here your progress, it gives me hope. > I guess I forgot to tell you guys my stats for this past challenge. > for those of you who know me..ummm..you know how i was about not > getting weighed at all..I never wanted to go by the scale. but about > december I got a real eye opener..when I first started bfl again last > january i weighed like 220. then this december..after one year of > bfl..I got weighed again and I was like 246.9!
