It is amazing, I tried the BFL program without doing the nutrition too.

What was I thinking. i have started now, planning and writing down everything

and

using fitwatch.com after doing it for a week I can see why I was not losing the

weight

I wanted too. Now I am eating about half as many calories, I have only finished

a week

of this eating right and it seems to be working!!!! Weeeeeee. i am glad to here

your

progress, it gives me hope.

--- Yes...I know what you mean. I started totaling my calories and

tracking them..I am like at half the cals I was eating now too..it

was very scary. no wonder I was not having much progress. it really

opens your eyes huh? I write down everything too. it really does

work. congrats on some great progress happening! glad we got our

eating together..lol.

Well, i have only been doing the food thing for a week, so I am excited to hear

Congratulations Kathy!!! That is so great!

Can you share the changes that you made with your diet? I need

to drop about 30 lbs of fat. Thanks and Keep up the great work!
