I have been looking for a good pudding recipe that uses protein powder instead of Myoplex. Thanks,
Guest guest
Here's my favorite protein pudding: 2 cups milk 30g chocolate protein powder 1 box Jell-O sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix, divide it into 2 containers, chill - makes 2 servings It has like 300 cals, 23g pro and 26g carbs. You could divide it into three servings to drop the calories a little more. I sometimes stick two vanilla wafers on top before I chill it. That's living dangerously though. :-) Fat free sugar free pudding? I know it isn't on the authorized food list but I was wondering if this would be an o.k. thing to have? I bought the leaness lifestyle book to see how it compares and fat free sugar free pudding is listed as well as fat free fig newtons. I don't think I could do the fig newtons because I wouldn't exercise any portion control.
Guest guest
Thanks you saved me. I was so desperate for something sweet the other night I picked all of the dried strawberries out of the cereal I eat on my free days.......Some things I do I should just keep to myself.lol > Here's my favorite protein pudding: > > 2 cups milk > 30g chocolate protein powder > 1 box Jell-O sugar-free instant chocolate pudding > > mix, divide it into 2 containers, chill - makes 2 servings > > It has like 300 cals, 23g pro and 26g carbs. > > You could divide it into three servings to drop the calories a little more. Guest guest
I use one of those handheld stick blenders. You could also put it in a regular blender or use a wire whisk. You could probably mix it with a spoon but it would take awhile to get the lumps out. Re: Fat free sugar free pudding?
