I had the same problem , and someone was kind enough to post

this for me:

1 envelope is 16g and has the following breakdown:

Total Fat: 1g (sat fag: 0g)

Cholesterol: 0mg

Sodium: 170mg

Total Carbohydrate: 10g

Dietary Fiber: 1g

Sugars: 7g

Protein: 2g

in NZ

depends on what your cocoa powder is like! Here, cocoa powder is NOT

for drinking. It's only to be used in cooking. But yes, drinking

cocoa is what I used. We have a weight watchers variety here which

turned out really well :-)
