Guest guest
I get mine at walmart. I think a bottle is under 5 bucks for the pills. -- L- Glutamine Anyone know a good place to get L-Glutamine pretty inexpensively? There also seems to be a lot of different kinds to get and powders vs pills. What do any of you recommend? Are any of you currently taking this? Have you noticed it being worth it and making positive healthful changes for you? THanks!
Guest guest
We buy ours from www.vitaminshoppe.com. It's a 12 ounce container and has 45 servings. It's around $30. Guest guest
More expensive in what sense? Per serving? And are the servings you're comparing giving you the same amount? Vitaglo's got 1000g of EAS glutamine for $39.96. That much will last you a really, really long time. The container is about half as big as your typical protein powder tub and you only use ~1 tsp. 2x/day. > To add to her questions. Is there a difference between L-Glutamine > powder vs. gelcaps?
