Guest guest Posted June 2, 2006 Report Share Posted June 2, 2006 Hi, This morning I did Leaner Legs. This is a tough leg workout, lots and lots of reps. I kept my bar bell set at 25lb and I used my ball for the abs. Using that ball makes toning my abs so much better, I get a much better burn then just doing them on the floor. This particular workout is good to use the ball because she does lots and lots of crunches. I'm done now until Sunday!!
