Hi Kassia,

I share your feelings on this cueing and fast pace of

this workout. If awhile passes since the last time I

did it I tend to get tripped up on the choreo. Still,

this is a pretty effective quick sweat. I used to

feel cheated by shorter workouts, but lately I really

like them because they give you the option of creating

your own combos by stringing a few short workouts

together.

knowing I was attempting it at 5:45 in the morning, but I've done it at better times of day and still have never gotten it down. The weird thing is I still think I like it.

If you still like it then I'd keep trying it. You never know, you might one day love it.
