I hate doing them, such a pain. Thanks for the run down on TJ Fat Blaster. I really like that some of these workouts are shorter - they are great for getting something quick in or combining with something else. I'm still thinking about putting together a rotation of TJ and Slim Series - just not sure exactly how I want to do it. I may just make is a TJ -Endurance-training rotation (meaning I'd use any endurance-type workout - slim series, get ripped, Cathe's power hour, etc. on my strength days) Need to think about it a bit. I really enjoyed Cardio Party # 3, though! Take care and have a good weekend!
