Well, I don't know where you reside but there is an English company called Augustus-Oils Ltd. They offer both the absolute and the concrete in the Fir Needle. I see also that they have listed as: Fir Balsam Absolute - abies balsamea. Since you can't find it, then them having it in stock will probably be another matter.
