Hi ,

I was able to find these in essential oils for you:

FIR BALSAM CANADA (Abies balsamea) (wood)

FIR NEEDLE CANADA (Abies balsamea)

FIR NEEDLE EAST ASIA (Abies sibirica)

You can contact www.lakonherbals.com/essentialoilslist_1.html

for prices. They are located in Vermont.

Wishing you luck,

Kymeth

Hello Kymeth,

Thank you for the lead. However, these are all essential oils, not

absolutes. The EOs are much easier to obtain than the Fir needle or

Spruce absolutes. Also, I believe the Fir needle EOs are topnotes,

whereas the absolutes are base notes. Just the same, I appreciate

your help.

Hi ,

I apologize over my confustion on the eo's and not the fact

that you are seeking the absolute.

Well, I don't know where you reside but there is an English

company called Augustus-Oils Ltd. They offer both the absolute

and the concrete in the Fir Needle. I see also that they

have listed as: Fir Balsam Absolute - abies balsamea. Since

you can't find it, then them having it in stock will probably

be another matter.

I've never ordered from them before - maybe they have a

distributor in the states if you are located here...

Best wishes,

Kymeth
