I'm so sorry I didn't get this news til now - it was a busy day at work and I only had time to read posts whose subjects were immediately apparent to me instead of systematically reading them all.What a beautiful and poignant goodbye! Ozzy knew how much you loved him and wanted to tell you that. Losing a pet is like losing a family member. I still miss my dog who has been gone now for 25 years. It sounds hokey and cliche, but it's so true, animals love you for who you are in your core essence and are so loyal, the bond of trust is deep.
