I opted for Rodney Yee's Yoga Burn (not the one that came in the kit with the gloves - I still have to try that one!) Anyway, a nice practice. Some parts move faster than others - so for me it isn't all " slow burn " but I really do enjoy this practice and the slower pace does challenge me in different ways - both in mind (staying focused, i try not to have my mind wander too much) and body (more control, etc.) I get a nice worked out feeling from this one particularly in my core, arms and legs. It probably is not as challenging as some of the other " power " yoga workouts I have - but it is still a great practice! Off to a crazy day - gym for my daughter, grocery and a meeting at work.
