Guest guest Posted March 9, 2006 Report Share Posted March 9, 2006 good evening all, yoga this morning was wringing out the old practice from yoga complete for everybody. i did a short pilates routine for abs,glutes,legs with the ring. instead of doing ankle weight workout for the legs today i did a 6mile bike ride. LOL dh was roller skating,he was having a heck of a time it was pretty funny to watch but he managed to skate 6miles and is still walking LOL. he wanted to do something active with me today and this was his choice. we have a great trail in the city for runners,bikers,and in this case roller skaters LOL. have a great night kassia Bring photos to life!
