You may want to be careful with the Glucosamine Chonodroitin combination, I

have heard that it may cause the Prostate to grow. I have been taking for

several years and PSA quadrupled, needed Prostate Biopsy.

Hi Mike,

Where did you hear that about glucosamine and chondroitin? I like to see

sources, myself.

FYI, I heard the PSA test is unreliable, sorry to here they took a chunk out of

you because of it. Ow...

I personally only take glucosamine, I skip the chondroitin as it's efficacy

didn't seem that significant by comparison. Worked wonders on my knees.

My understanding is that prostate cancer is only an issue with the

Chondroitin part, so, apparently, glucosamine alone is without PCa

risk.

Just the chondroitin part; glucosamine not implicated in PCa.
