This was a fun combo, but you really need 2 DVD players in order to do this one. I have to admit, though I thought this was fun, I don't think I'll do it again just for the fact of all the starting and stopping. Here is what I done. Imax 3 warm up and step combo 2 Boot Camp cardio 1 Imax 3 step combo 3 boot camp cardio 2 Imax 3 step combo 4 boot camp cardio 3 Imax 3 step combo 5 boot camp cardio 4 Imax 3 step combo and blast 6 Imax 3 blast 7 and 8 (no step combo) Boot camp cardio 6 and 7 Imax 3 step combo 9 boot camp cardio 8 Imax 3 step combo and blast 10 plus cool down. This took me about 50 minutes. I burned 283 calories which I thought for sure I'd burn over 300 doing this, but I think all the stopping and started was lowering my HR too much.
