I ran across a video that was in the back of my entertainment center that said "BSS2 mix" I remember when I had the BSS2 set I recorded them onto VHS to make a "parts" tape using all those workouts. It has upper body mix, lower body mix and cardio mix. I combined all the upper body from all the workouts to make one workout with added abs from maximum cardio burn and complete aerobics and weight training. I done the upper body mix this morning and it was fun. it wasn't anything like a Cathe weight workout, but it was fun and different. I forgot I even had done that. I remember doing it now when I was bored one day. lol Tonight I might try the carido mix. Have a great day today. It's beautiful here, high in the 40's.
