I know i'm going to screw up at some point but there's no choice cept

Youhave such a great outlook Kris!! You can do this AND WILL.

I have had to take a few days off too this past week unexpectedly... We've had some very shocking news in our family. To make a long story short. My 44 year old SIL had a baby and we didn't even know she was pregnant. She hid it from everybody. We've been watching her boyfriend's kids so they could visit the baby in the hospital and such... She was going to adopt him out, but decided today to keep him. It's been a very busy crazy last few days. I can't wait to get back on track....

I know. It is truly something you would see on Dr. Phil. I am going down today again. Bringing her two of my breastpumps and PRAYING that she will use them and give the baby breastmilk instead of formula!! He's had a rough start, if any baby deserves breastmilk, it's this little guy!! :) I don't know that I will be on track yet again today w/ exercising.. I'm simply not going to sweat it. I have to go to wal-mart too. I doubt I will fit it in :( The last time I had a workout was Friday, and then prior to that I had 2 days off...eeks.. OH well, it's harmless as long as I can push play again. I'm thinking tomorrow for sure ;)

Thanks, they seem to be doing very well.

I don't see how I would NOT have time for a workout tomorrow. I sure hope I don't find some " excuse " to not have time!

Thanks ladies...
