Hi Sandy,

I hope this isn't TMI for the list, but when did you

stop having your period? If it was just after the

miscarriage, then that is probably the cause, but if

it has been an on-going concern I think working out so

much could be a factor, especially if your body fat is

low. I've always had very irregular cycles, and I

think sometimes it is b/c of my workouts and my

bodyfat dipping too low. I'm fairly thin naturally,

so sometimes if I'm on top of my workout and eating

game I think I can get my body fat just below where it

should be for my hormones. I need to be careful w/

that! Or, it could just be that my system is wacky!

I didn't have a period for a year after my DD was born

-- I'm sure part of it was breastfeeding plus I am an

odd-ball and ended up thinner after giving birth than

before --- and it took a while for everything to

normalize.

Either way, if you don't get your period i would check

in w/ your doctor - it could be a result of the

miscarriage, or some other hormonal issue - I would

get to the bottom of it if things don't return to your

version of normal soon.

I'm amazed that you have two little ones and you

workout so much! YIKES!

Hope that helps a bit!

Donna

thank you for the advice,I workout when the kids sleep(7pm-9:30pm/3am-5am). I stopped having my cycle when I got preg. w/ my second child,so my last cycle was May 04,we bought those ovulation kits but its tough to tell when I have no cycle. I have always workout for more then 2hours,I have hardly any fat on me so we will see I guess,we will just keep trying for #3,whats meant to happen willDonna M-P <donna112520@...> wrote: Hi Sandy,I hope this isn't TMI for the list, but when did youstop having your period?
