Guest guest
If this has been mentioned before, I do apologize, but I'm not quite sure. I've been sprouting all kinds of beans and when the tails are sprouting, I usually put them in a pan and a dash of olive oil and saute them for 2 minutes, then I put them in my salad. Is this okay? I'd also like to boil them (to get them softer), not for a soup or anything, I've done that already, but just to boil them. How long do you boil (or do you simmer??) sprouted beans? I would do this, and then add a bit of honey, (My husband loves this as a side dish), but I've been doing the sauteeing in the frying pan thing). I'd just like to try a different method for a change. Thanks much Melody
