I know that my wife's morphine scrip can't be mailed nor faxed, but must be hand delivered to the pharmacy. Where-as, my hgh scrip can be faxed or mailed. From my reading of the federal law, I think it could be at the discretion of the prosecutor. It's one thing to import conventional medicines. It's quite another to import controlled substances. It is a felony to import controlled substances and anabolic steroids are controlled substances.
