--- I wanted to say that I have only been a member of this group for

like a week and it has been sooooooo beneficial to me!!!!

I have gotton such motivation in all ways and great recommendations

to dvd's I never heard of(my netflix list has over 15 fitness dvd's

now),I actually read each and every post too(other groups I belong

to I don't-shsh don't tell them).

Just thought I would share my thoughts,does anyone live in

california?I do and was just wondering if I have any " neighbors "

ok off to pedal faster on my bike-yes I have a lap top hooked up to

my upright bike(my two obsessions intertwined thanx to hubby).

We bought a second treadmill today,now me and my hubby can go

walking together side by side hand in hand---
