Melody~ you may want to read up on virgin coconut oil, and it's benifits.

Of what I have read, it is the only oil that does not change when heated.

Ever notice how cooked oil gets very sticky? Not good for inside our

bodies.

Virgin coconut oil is the only oil I put to heat these days.

There's lots on the web, and print books, too. Here is a snip from a site I

just pulled up:

" Research shows that replacing other cooking oils with virgin

coconut oil<http://www.coconut-connections.com/cooking_oils.htm>generally

creates a more favorable HDL/LDL ratio. This oil has antiviral,

antibacterial, antimicrobial, and antiprotozoal properties and, like all

whole foods, contains nutrients for a healthy body.

* Saturated Fat ~ A Vital Ingredient for a Healthy Body:* Over many

decades coconut oil received bad publicity due to its saturated fat content,

but research has shown that not all saturated fats are alike and coconut

oil is unique in its structural

make-up<http://www.coconut-connections.com/res1.htm#2>.

It is not only the highest source of saturated fats (92%) but included in

this is the highest source of saturated medium chain triglycerides (62%) of

any naturally occurring vegan food source. Furthermore around 50% of these

MCT's are made up of lauric

acid<http://www.coconut-connections.com/lauric_acid.htm>,

the most important essential fatty acid in building and maintaining the

body's immune system <http://www.coconut-connections.com/immune_system.htm>.

Yes, I do the anti-spyware thing all the time. We have Verizon Internet

Security Suite.

We've had BIG problems in the past. Usually I call up Verzon, their guys

from Radial point do the remote hosting, they download their tools, and fix

everything.

This morning, everything was just fine. Then later on, no more

toolbar, my folder (with MY favorite places), was gone. And right in the

middle of an anti-virus scan, the whole thing stopped and was gone from my

screen.

I did a defrag two weeks ago. Do you think I should do another?
