Usually I call up Verzon, their guys from Radial point do the remote hosting, they download their tools, and fix everything. This morning, everything was just fine. Then later on, no more toolbar, my folder (with MY favorite places), was gone. And right in the middle of an anti-virus scan, the whole thing stopped and was gone from my screen.
