I have not dealt with a dialysis patient who has had bariatric surgery but my previous job was as a renal dietitian and now I am a bariatric dietitian so I would be happy to try to help you in any way I can, I know renal nutrition can be daunting if you haven't been exposed to it....but once you get your head around it you will find it is not to difficult.
