OF course I do loose weight during the fast. But I don't gain all of

it back. For example, if I lose 10 lbs over the 3 days I tend to do

it in, I may gain back about 4. But, I know I've cleared a lot of

gunk out of my system. Also, Because I am still working out as usual,

I am still loosing fat and gaining muscle in the process.
