Guest guest
I have been daunted by the program after reading Bill's book...so many exercises to do. Then, I went to his website and saw that you are to chose 2 exercises for each body part not all of those illustrated in the book. Can some more careful reader point out to me where in Bill's book he says this?

There is a section where he shows a sample workout journal page and takes you through a typical morning workout. In the description i believe he says to pick only one exercise per muscle group. During your powerset, you do one set of a second exercise for that muscle group. I'm not sure if this is the exact location in the book, as I don't have it in front of my right now, but i believe this is correct.
Guest guest
I misunderstood at first two. I don't have my book with you but I think he has exercise plans at the back that explain this more clearly. I originally thought you did 12, 10, 8, 6, 12 12 reps with two different exercises EACH...thought I was going to die after my first leg day. Guest guest
I too, was confused about this....it's basically two exercises from each muscle group. There is a log in BFL that outlines it in detail. The second exercise is a rep of 12 after you've done the first exercise (five reps). > I have been daunted by the program after reading Bill's book...so many > exercises to do.
