updated versions of BFL

I'm rereading my BFL book now because I'm wondering if possibly there are

updated versions out there. Some of the foods mentioned here on the list as

authorized, I don't have in my book. Also, some people have mentioned that

they've seen ingredients in EFL that they didn't think were originally on the

authorized list. I'm still trying to find peanut butter listed in my book or

even

mentioned.

By the way... what's CC?

I think with the EFL book, Bill has expanded his list, and said that

the authorized list is more of a guideline than a rule. I still

haven't seen peanut butter on the list, but I know a lot of people

have had great results while still having it once in awhile (when it

is not sandwiched between chocolate that is!).

And CC is cottage cheese, not closed captioning.

The nutrition page at Bodyforlife.com has a more comprehensive food list:

The lists are meant as a starting point. It's good to stick pretty closely to

them at first but there are plenty of other healthy options.
